The Loring Development Authority is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified law firms interested in providing legal services to the Authority.
The Authority is seeking legal counsel with the experience, capacity, and judgment necessary to support a complex public redevelopment organization. The selected firm will be expected to provide general counsel services as well as specialized legal assistance involving real estate transactions, leases, economic development, water utility services, public finance, procurement, environmental matters, airport operations, contracts, employment matters, and other issues arising from the Authority’s activities.
