Jeff is a 20 year commercial banking veteran with expertise in the agricultural & forestry industries as well as transportation, construction and commercial real estate. He is currently employed as Vice President & Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at TD Bank, N.A., responsible for servicing the business banking needs of commercial clients across the Northern and Eastern Maine market and the Greater Bangor Region, managing one of the largest portfolios in the State.
Before joining TD Bank, Jeff served as Vice President, Commercial Services Officer at Katahdin Trust Company in Presque Isle. Prior to his career in Banking, he worked at Maine Public Service Company in various capacities in the Engineering and Economic Development Departments.
Active in his community, Jeff is Chair of the Bangor Region Leadership Institute. He is a Past President and Board member of the Northern Maine Community College Foundation and a member of the Bangor Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of Commissioners of the Presque Isle Housing Authority, chairing the Finance Committee. He is a Past President, Treasurer, Auction Chair, and Special Project Chair of the Presque Isle Rotary Club. Jeff co-chaired the 2014 Presque Isle Rotary Club Special Project that raised over $400,000 to construct the new Presque Isle Community Center.
In addition, Jeff has been a member of the Credit Review Committee of the State of Maine Department of Agriculture, Potato Marketing Improvement Fund, since 2010. He has also served on the boards of the Northern Maine Fair Association, the Local Workforce Development Board and the Presque Isle Tax Assessment Review Board. He has been an active volunteer with Boy Scouts of America, serving as Treasurer, Cubmaster and Den Leader with the Mapleton Cub Scouts, Pack 170 and Troop 301 in Bangor.
He received a Master of Science in Business from Husson College and an undergraduate degree from the University of Maine at Farmington. An Aroostook County Native, Pangburn grew up in Mars Hill and graduated from Central Aroostook High School. Pangburn moved to Bangor with his wife Nora and their three children in December 2017.
He looks forward to applying his experience, judgement and expertise to the betterment of the Loring Commerce Center and the economic vitality of the Northern Maine Region.
